Yes, Chijion, good question. I trust my mother, sisters, and my bf to be who they are. For me, Im a very inward person and trust is very important. That kind of trust usually takes time and not forever to build. So to specifically answer your question yes I believe people can trust another person but on a different level than what they trust God.
