Drama (by MissNicole2)
I hear and read things all the time that say "I don't want drama." or "There is no drama allowed." Sadly, drama is every where. It's a part of life. But there are different types of drama. The one we are talking about when we say we do not want drama is high school drama. *Highschool Drama: Freaking out about everything, always trying to find an arguement, and picking on others in hopes of hurting people.* Every day normal drama is less noticed because it includes tragedies (which allow histrionics) and extreme happiness. There is a third drama however. It's called being opinionated to the third degree. That is when some one believes their opinion or wants are greater than anyone else's and tells everyone they are more important. These are the words of my mother. :) I agree with her. I want everyone else's opinions and ideas as usual, though. But no fighting. Just keep it at a debate level.
I absolutely agree :) Thank you and your mother is a wise lady.
thats very nicely put . but i'm curious why so many people want to create drama all the time ? is it only to seek attention or it serves a greater purpose in their scheme of things ?
@Singhpk: That is where 'Highschool Drama' is involved. But some drama is not created just a part of life. Without drama we would not have the quiet that lacks it. Nor know which either were.
Everything is give and take. To have calm we must have crazy. To have happy you must have sad. To have peace you must have war. To have love you must have hate. I may not enjoy some of the things in life. But I would rather have them than be emotionally void for lack of them. We couldn't truely enjoy the good if we didn't have the bad.
