Birthday wishes (by septwolf)
it would be nice to just be able to click a button on a persons profile to send a birthday wish even though you do not meet there requirements.
(Admin)You can already do that by going to their profile, clicking "Send GIFT", then "Seasonal", and then clicking on the "Birthday Cake" icon.
The Gifts automatically override any and all Contact Restrictions, including the Verified Pic and Phone restrictions.

Then it wouldn't be "special".
Of course, you can always send a message, but if you don't meet their Contact Restrictions, then there's not much you can do about it and the Gifts are your only option.
