Ahhh.... It's 11am in the day here. That's a big time difference. Did you nap or eat during your day?
@JustMeAndYou77: actually i gained some few pounds last month! I decided i'l be on 'weight losing regime'. I started skipng meals,eating only twice a day,no breakfast,only lunch and dinr.... Now after one month.. I am in this state looking like a zombie
om- No Epril! A lot of women think to lose weight and keep it off is to starve themselves. Why lose weight and still be unhealthy?? Epril, try eating healthier, eat less during a meal, and exercise is all. Do not skip meals. Your body will be fatigued.
@Epril: now you have me worried my friend :( the ladies have given great advice, good food, liquids and rest and you will be back to normal :)
@JustMeAndYou77: hehe sista,i was trying very hard to lose weight,but dint help in long run! Anyways now i learnt my lesson "eat healthy foods,drink lots of water" .thank you sista

@Epril.... Sorry to hear. Always see you on, was wondering if you eva slept that's the first sign of an addiction and can become very serious. (Sorry Andres this site is a DRUG to many-LOL). Take a break Epril before you break!!! Then everyone on here will develop withdrawal symptoms. Lol ;)
