Sleep Paralysis (by heartlezzz)
I keep constantly going through it at least once a month and when I do go through it, it would keep happening again after I break out of it and go back to sleep. Im getting tired of it, I've been experiencing this for years now.

I know and what's crazy is out of all the times it happened, I heard an evil giggle this time it felt really dark.
Oh dear. Go get some help the soonest time you can. xx
@heartlezzz: i've also had sleep paralysis many times it really is scary s.h.i.t . But thankfully i havent had it for a few years . Heartlezz do you take drugs of any kind especially exstacy . Speed or coke ? Cuz when i was younger i used to take all those drugs and thats when i'd get the sleep paralysis especially if i was after been up partying for days . Now the evil giggle that you heard that is interesting cuz although i never heard that during sleep paralysis i often did feel a bad presence in the room and was scared s.h.i.t.less because i couldnt move . Now the reason why i asked do you take them drugs is because they deplete the saratonin levels in your brain and your body needs saratonin to basically make you feel good . So what im getting at is if you have a chemical imbalance in your brain from taking recreational drugs and alot of legal drugs or alcohol then thats why you probably thought you heard an evil giggle in the room . Sleep paralysis has no cure though as far as i know so all you can do is reduce your risk factors of getting it like stop taking certain drugs or even drink
Hmmmmm I don't do any drugs nor do I drink, I never would in my life, maybe I drink too much coffee? I always used to drink coffee since I was a kid and I still do maybe that effects it?
