Exactly. If it was viewed from both sides, would punishment look the same.... The mother who stands by and let her bf rape her boys. Is she accountable? Should she also be brutally punished because she's just as wrong. In fact what if she partake in the raping?

Yes, for me .. The mother must face the punishment but not brutally as her bf ( rapist ). No sane mother would allow that to happen if not under the influence of drugs or powerless ( she can't move ) .

It's become the atmosphere because there's no longer a clear separation of degree of crime prison sentence terms and the death penalty. I can almost be sentence for 5 years of confinement for not wearing my seatbelt and giving lipservice to the police lmao Rapists should be mixed into general population as much as possible and their sentences should be that of bad crimes...looong. They should die there. Seatbelt violations and other minor crimes shouldnt be as extreme.

Have any idea how man men (possibly women) get blamed for "rape" just because a guy (or girl) pisses someone off? A guy won't date a jealous girl & he pisses her off.. she yells RAPE and every court believes the girl. The word "Rape" is to easily thrown around.

@April666: when I was in 10th grade I broke up with a girl I was dating because she was sleeping around with almost every guy she spoke to. After we broke up she claimed I raped her (and I was still a virgin. Lol). She was caught in her lies luckily.

Here in TN its not as easy as he said she said. U MUST go to the hospital and have a rape exam done to gaurantee charges will be filed.
