[QUOTE=JustMeAndYou77;163462]As for children, for this to happen to them either the parent(s) or the teens are placed in vulnerable situations for them to be abused this way.
Sorry girl justmeandyou im going to quote this one only because its part of what i do as a job.. Ive been a Youth Worker for 7years now and yes you are right. The same thing happens here in N.Z,Rape is Rape, I have no tollerence for rapist, No means No also,Rapist should be held accountable for what they do through justice, But i understand anger by the victims family and friends too, Because i know family members who would go to jail for beating up a rapist.

Yes, and I agree that punishment should be done. What I was saying was, it's not a clear situation due to the circumstances and so how do you choose brutal punishment for this crime? When...those others involved could be or should be punished as well? Come now...Im a woman who has almost fell vulnerable to rape as a mature woman. I am not condoning no action towards it. The Justice System deals with these things based on certain laws and when it doesnt exactly fit, toss everybody in jail and prison under punishment that is close enough. If it was your own brother would you want him given lethal injection? Or should there be another more appropriate severe punishment? btw, we are going to pay tax dollars for it one way or the other. We should maintain a prison system. Problem? Everybody going for all kinds of reasons and not for crimes like rape. Overcrowding is ridiculous and it downplays the more serious crimes.

rape is rape. No, I don't think a rapist deserves lethal injection, or special housing even. They deserve gen pop, and they deserve exactly what they gave. There's no rehabilitation for sex offenders, most real ofenders go on to repeat... Having said that, we use the term sex offender too broadly. Does the 18 year old guy, just a kid really, deserve to have hus whole life ruined because he fell oin love with a 15 - 16 year old girl, and got her pregnant? Is he as bad a person as the 55 year old man feeling up little kids at the playground? Not eveclose, so why label him the same way?
I totally agree with you. Good points also!

Yes, lol, it can be a judicial mess at times lmao But, it's one that works better than nothing at all. Sorry Im so into Criminal Justice and love studying it but there's always a thin line between the crime and the punishment. Always a matter of degree blah blah....ug

If my brother rape someone ( honestly proven ) especially he rape minors then yes , I've no sympathy of him receiving brutal punishment but again if the justice isn't fair then there is no point of bringing brutal punishment .. What's the point then ..

For example, this girl was talking about RKelly. Dont ask lol, but I was like he's wrong. He knew what he was doing. He's a grown man and should be punished and so on. She stopped me and said that young girl also was aware and most likely wanted it. Proving a point that young girls also throw themselves at older guys. I wasnt convinced until she said she did it even lying about her age. Under the brutal punishment rule, the guy would be castrated and given a lethal dose for his sins lmao

In today's modern era .. Men and women are equal . Equal punishment also must be given , but how many men would admit that they were raped?

You'd be surprised. One of my best friends was raped by his stepmom. Know many other guys that were raped by women too. They all opened up about it and had something done.
