1. Body Figure (those curves)
2. Body feature (those parts)
3. Face Value
4. Hair
5. Intelligence and Wisdom
6. Character

If number six is not present... Well I guess she won't be able to get my attention even if she has all 1 to 5

Intelligence, class, way of interaction, dressing.

The first thing i notice in a girl is her eyes because the are what contain the soul.... and then i notice the rest of the face then i work down from there

Her teeth, belly size, sweetness, conversation, religious preference, then lastly, honesty.

Now if you never met her before, it's kind of hard not to notice something of her physical appearance first. Lol O:) basically the very 1st thing about a girl that really lures my attention toward her is (I'm sincerely sorry if I'm sounding perverted) their legs. :) the more appealing the legs the more it intrigues me to want to talk to her. Lol O:) a deal breaker would be someone getting offended just because I might adore nice female legs. Lol :) at least it's a unique opinion about girls that stray away from the usual answers that are more crude. ;) O:)
