@LaDawn: Damn... Hope you day gets better. There sure has been MANY off topic, personal conversations, etc.. On threads the last 6months... & Chaos. @Zilya777: Good lord woman...You must really have a hard on for me. Has it been too long since I showed you any attention? I wasn't talking to or about you. It is obvious to any one that can read that shoe was only talking American prison system...so I was talking to him. Go crawl back in your PMs and call me some more names behind my back. You hate men but can't seem to get enuff of this strong woman...should I be flattered or scared?

@james85: my bad James...I shld have remembered to avoid giving Zilya an opening. That being said I forgot because I actually found this thread interesting. I thought that Americans had the corner on pamperjng prisoners but I believe the UK may have one upped us. Thanks for the thread.

I gotta say, you're in prison for one reason: you broke the law. So no I don't think they should do this. Allowing them such liberties is like a slap in the face to anyone they victimized....
