Supposedly if you are holding anything in your hand while driving, that includes a drink [as i was told by a prosocuter] can be considered as reckless driving and is a ticketable offense.

Yep, am gonna get off this post, have seeen some wild crap while driving, so I will probly say something to offend someone, and that would be a bad way to ruin my day!! ha ha!!

as drivers we are not suppose to be preoccupid drinks, radio, phones ect...anything that will destract our attention

Drivers who preoccupid drinks are the worst. thats just one of those verbs that spell trouble

It is a crazy law, and a lil bit of an insult-I do NOT text my kids when I know they are driving. Have always thought what if... . Of course not everyone thinks like me either lol

Ever have a txt that gets "lost" and ends up coming in three hours after it was originally sent? That wld screw things up a bit lol
