You rightly said the media is controled by the govt, and pathetic thing is media is successful in fooling its own people... Recent example is Iran nuclear plant, haha r u serious? Is it the reason why US and allies sentenced sanction on Iran? lord vitness Pak and North korea are much bigger threat to US in specific and world in general..

One thing since u brought a very valid point.. How much does doller costs? Ans- thousend of Iraqies dead, thousend of Iraq soldiers, hundred of US soldiers, Libya uprising against Muammar gaddafi leaving many dead, and now sanctions on Iran. The country which dint attack any country for years suddenly becomes biggest threat to world... Haha Its not what is on the ground, its what underground ( oil)... Many wont agree but its very true the Iran is not threat to USA, its threat to US doller...

the sad part is that we as americans do not have the desire to control. we want to live our lives the way we want. its intollerant and ignorant people that control our government. in the next few years.... we will be required by law to have health insurance and have a dam chip implanted in our bodies.... if not... then we will be fined and even jailed. (as if the jails werent crowded enough) so wheres the freedom in that? im free only if i do what they say. i love america.... i hate its government.

you raise a great point! it isnt the people, its not the land, its the oil. the leaders of this country arent concerned about health, safety or even life itself.... they only care about how much money they can get. even though china keeps bailing us out and helping with money.... for some reason we still have trillions of dollars in debt. fort knox is empty.... there is no gold left. we are broke beyond broke. and now theyre creating a NEW form of currency called the amero. i dont blame iran, iraq, lybia, syria and all the others for hating america.... but its not us my friend.... its our greedy selfish bully of a government. we are in desperate need of a governmental makeover. its isnt right that an iranian or iraqui hates me for what my leaders do. and they arent my voice nor are they my hand.

You r right.. All the reason why they r doing it cause they wanna remain the worlds superpower... See if Iran is successful in doing transaction in other currencies or in gold, then it'll hurt US economy very badly, maybe US will not be able to keep its crown as a world superpower and US govt knows it very well... And actully Iran is very much successful in it, cause India, Russia, China, and even US allies ie. Japan and south korea are ready to purchase oil in gold, so it was a obvious move by USA...

thats right! and when they have enough power and wealth.... they are gonna come knockin on our doorstep with a nuke or 10! and with our military spread thin across the world... we are so very vulnerable to invasion. its when america thinks its at its strongest, that its really at it weakest. just because we've won ww1, ww2, and a few others... doesnt mean we are the best. we are not. in my opinion... the government should concern itself with its own soil. our infrastucture is declining and our people are being subliminally trained to be stupid and ignorant. (not all of us) if we just sit back and allow the rich and powerful to have thier way... we wont have a country to defend.

True but one thing i must say that US is still at its best when it comes to world politics, at home it may be the different situation cause im not very aware of what happens in US particulerly because i belong to anather country, but still i respect US as a superpower, longest running i must say..Situation might change after few years when China and India are rising rapidly and are poised to be become globle leaders... So lets see, but again,world is better under US supremecy which cant be under China:)
