(Admin)Agreed, and it's long overdue. I'll put something together this weekend and have it ready by Monday. We can then build on it from there.
Also, two days ago I updated the Welcome message we send to new users and included a lot more info about how the site works together with a bunch of relevant links. That should be a good start to help newbies get up and running, and the FAQ will be the perfect complement to add more depth and breadth. (I need to do the same with the Premium version!)
I also have a Help system in the works that will include a "Help" button at the bottom of every page of the site that will provide explanations and instructions for every page in case users get stuck.
It's all coming... :)
