(31 / F-MF / Texas)@friendlyguy111: depends on how big of a mistake it was.if it was something little then yeah.sometimes sorry is all that is needed.if its something big.then you apologize,show how sorry you are,and go the extra mile of doing what ever you can to prove it was accident/wont happen again/or what ever.
