What things bring you comfort when you are feeling sick, in pain or just feeling low?

If sick or in pain, treat it....

Feeling low....I get up and do something constructive.....if that doesnt work, Ill run a few miles.....and then get a good nights sleep....the next day always sheds new light on whatever is causing me to feel low......and its usually not as bad as I thought it was.
